Dance  Movement Therapy

Dance Movement Therapy ( DMT ) uses dance and movement

at the service of a process of self-knowledge that promotes

the emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration of the individual.

DMT combines the expression and creation found in dance

with the benefits of developing self-awareness.

Body language is the primary means of communication ,

in the search for the expansion of psycho-physical and relational well-being.
